Our Story

Trees that lived for generations, before becoming furniture.

On Corfu, olive trees grow for decades — some for centuries. Every trunk that reaches the workshop carries that time inside its rings and grain.

With years of experience working olive wood, we choose each trunk carefully, let it speak through its natural shape, and turn it into a table, piece of furniture, or object with no equal.

Every trunk is chosen and worked by hand, slab by slab.
The Journey

From the tree, to the table.

The trunk is sawn into slabs, dried, cleaned, and finally shaped — without losing any of its character.

Choosing the trunk

Every olive log is chosen for its shape, age, and grain pattern.

Sawing into slabs

The trunk is cut into slabs to bring out its natural edge and shape.

Drying & cleaning

The wood dries in its own time and is cleaned by hand.

Finishing

Oiling and polishing that bring out the wood's natural patterns.

The Material

Olive wood never repeats itself.

The rings, veins, and knots of every trunk form patterns that can't be copied. Its hardness and density make it ideal for pieces that last for generations.

We never use two identical slabs — which means every order is, in effect, a one-off original.
